NEW for 2013 - Crossings Club Members Receive Rewards! 
Rewards Program Makes the Most of Your Golfing Dollars
For every dollar spent in the golf shop, corresponding points are rewarded in a participants’ account. When a participant in the Crossings Club reaches a specific level he or she will automatically earn free rewards from a list of rewards that correspond to the levels that the participant has earned. Upon reaching milestones, you will receive “rewards” for reaching those spending levels. Items that contain certain point values are as follows: (Click below to view and print a larger PDF of program offering)
 

Initial startup points will only be awarded for Green Fee purchase and Driving Range dollars as well as Golf Shop Merchandise. 


Eligibility

- Becoming a Crossings Club Member automatically puts you into the Rewards Program
- Must present your member card at each purchase to be scanned by golf shop staff.


Terms and Conditions

  •  The sale of barter of reward points is prohibited.

  • All points are non-transferable and will only be applicable as long as you are a Member at The Crossings at Carlsbad in good standing. Reward points are not property of the participant and are not transferable in the event of re-location, divorce or death.
     
  • Points are only accrued when the Member plays, pays and is present.
  • Points will not be earned on special golf packages or purchases made in connection with Group or a Tournament event.
  • Reward points are accrued when a member purchases green fees, range ball fees, lessons, and membership renewal or membership sign-up. Reward accrual is not applicable to guests of the individual Rewards Member.
  • Reward points are accrued when use of tournament scrip is used to redeem merchandise purchases.
     
  • Once a rewards participant has reached a rewards level threshold, the actual reward will be redeemable or passed up in reach to a higher threshold, at the reward owners’ choice. 
  • Once a reward is redeemed, the points will then be refreshed to start again. 
  • Points can be redeemed when you reach your desired tier. You may allow your points to accumulate until December 31, 2013.
  • Membership rewards are valid until December 31, 2013. 
  • The Rewards Program will not accrue any points for tax and/or gratuities.
  • The Rewards Program is non-transferable and the accrued points may not be redeemed, returned, or exchanged for cash. 
  • The Crossings at Carlsbad has the right to terminate the Rewards Program by providing 30 days advance written notice of the termination date to program participants. Any such notice will be mailed and or emailed to participants at the address provided at the time the rewards card is issued. Participants are responsible for notifying The Crossings at Carlsbad of any change of address. In the event of termination of the Rewards Program, the right of participants to claim rewards will be terminated on the termination date and any unused rewards shall be cancelled. 
  • No show charges are not applicable for points.
